Whereas, the PSCC Board of Directors has voted to place on the May 4, 2019 Agenda a proposed change to the By-Laws of the PSCC to reflect moving the “regular” Board of Directors meetings from Monthly to Quarterly.

 

PLEASE NOTE – Special Called Meetings and Annual Meetings are not affected by such a change. Article Nine states that the President and/or any two Board Members may call a meeting. Other Subdivisions around us meet quarterly or bi-annually for “regular meetings.”
